Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Security department at The LEGO Group as a Student Worker - Security Projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in security projects and process automation while working closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Heimdall Project, integrating security systems into a global platform.
  • Manage and analyze project indicators and documentation.
  • Follow up on work plans, site tours, and evaluations of security projects.
  • Generate permissions for suppliers to enter the company.
  • Lead and/or participate in projects focused on automating tools, processes, or visual management of the team.
  • Support daily security activities with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in staff meetings (locally and globally).

Requirements:

  • Active student of Systems Engineering, Programming, IT, or similar bachelor's degree (6th semester or above).
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Microsoft 365 Tools (Sharepoint, Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure.
  • Proactive, responsible, and self-driven.
  • Good at working individually but also with a team.
  • Strategic & result-oriented.
