Sales Representative Job Description
FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling all FedEx products and services to present and potential customers in a defined geographic territory, resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell all FedEx products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory.
- Sell all FedEx products and services to non-FedEx customers within a defined geographic area.
- Develop and implement a lead generation process to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
- Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system to record, store, and report all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent.
- Two (2) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to plan, organize, and prioritize.
- Strong human relations and negotiation skills.
