Sales Representative Job Description

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling all FedEx products and services to present and potential customers in a defined geographic territory, resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell all FedEx products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory.
  • Sell all FedEx products and services to non-FedEx customers within a defined geographic area.
  • Develop and implement a lead generation process to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
  • Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system to record, store, and report all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent.
  • Two (2) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to plan, organize, and prioritize.
  • Strong human relations and negotiation skills.
