Customer Support Specialist II

At Uber Freight, we're committed to delivering exceptional carrier experience through our Digital Brokerage. As a Carrier Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving live load issues, ensuring our carriers receive top-notch support and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt updates to carriers on escalation status, maintaining open communication to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to identify areas for improvement in carrier, facility, and customer communications
- Develop a deep understanding of carrier needs and work closely with them to provide timely solutions for live load issues
- Make proactive calls to facilities and carriers to resolve escalations quickly and efficiently
- Prioritize actions taken on escalations based on urgency, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain a professional and cooperative work relationship with all stakeholders
- Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with your manager
- Bachelor's Degree complete and one year of work experience with customer interaction and communication, or Bachelor's Degree in progress and two years of work experience with customer interaction and communication
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual English/Spanish
