Key Responsibilities- Financial Systems Implementation: Collaborate with financial users to understand business requirements and implement system solutions in SAP (S4/Hana).
- Financial Data Management: Support finance teams from Treasury, Bank Configuration/Reconciliation, and FI Master Data (Chart of Accounts, Cost and Profit Centers, Internal Orders) to ensure accurate data for accounting postings.
- Knowledge Management: Manage internal team knowledge of Treasury transactions (including TRM), Bank Statements integrations, and postings for Bank Reconciliation and Finance master data.
- System Monitoring: Monitor the system to ensure correct postings for Treasury, Bank Reconciliations, and Finance Master data, and address recurrent issues.
- Escalation Support: Support the running team on escalation run tickets.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Co-create solutions with business users and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
- Design and Implementation: Design and participate in solutions applicable in internal or other systems (Bank Statements upload, Cash Pooling).
- Project Management: Apply good design practices, maintain design documentation, and manage implementation timelines (delivery control).
- Education: Complete higher education in Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and a desire to learn Portuguese.
- Training and Experience: Training at the SAP-FI Academy is required, along with knowledge of Treasury processes, Bank Configuration/Reconciliation, and Finance Master Data.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of implementing Treasury (Cash Pooling) with TRM module, Bank Statements implementations across multiple countries and banks, and finance Master data processes in SAP (S4/HANA) is essential.
- Desirable Skills: Desirable knowledge of SAP system for identifying issues based on transaction analysis and assisting in Functional Specifications preparation.
- Project Management: Experience in project planning for initiatives or projects, and proficiency in tools (e.g., JIRA) for managing them.
