Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP)/Logistics Parts List to optimize material replenishment flows and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with planning, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams to define material safety stock, supplier ordering quantities, and packaging configurations.
- Optimize on-site and off-site storage and frequency of milk runs to improve replenishment velocity and minimize costs.
- Support layout and facility planning to improve material handling operations.
- Investigate opportunities to minimize, standardize, and automate material handling operations within the plant.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
- Lean Logistic manufacturing experience.
- Over 3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mapping process experience.
- SAP experience.
- Lean Training (Green Belt).
- Manufacturing experience in HVAC.
- Master's degree.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
