The Risk Reporting Group Manager plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, including internal management, regulators, and auditors, highlighting risks and trends in credit, market, operational, or other risk portfolios.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve the objectives of the function, providing coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, driving sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in finance and/or risk information analytics.
- Expertise in development and senior usage of portfolio credit risk MIS.
- Strong understanding of key credit risk performance metrics, macroeconomic indicators, and general banking concepts.
- Demonstrated strong leadership experience, especially in transitioning or challenged environments.
