We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Cognizant. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting data warehouses, dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools for operational and business impact data.

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure they are utilizing our tools effectively. Strong experience working with data analysis, providing reports, dashboards, and related tasks is essential. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Totango, Salesforce, or related is required.
