Job Responsibilities
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be the final escalation point responsible for resolving field issues and may also work on new development for the components you will be handling. You will closely collaborate with both L2 and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, write functional and design documents, develop application software, analyze vulnerabilities, and oversee service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on software support requirements assigned and assist with new development work.
- Prioritize customer software requirements based on severity/priority.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Grooming, and other scheduled meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have and know of:
- 6+ years of experience developing or supporting modern web applications, including cloud/web-based content.
- Strong analytical skills for determination and bug fixing.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Experience communicating at different technical levels, from application architects to end users.
- Proficiency in technologies: JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript, Git.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills
- Desire to work with international customers.
- Nice to have: Java, Spring, SpringBoot, Maven, Docker, Selenium/Cucumber.
