Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work duties to Team Members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms to identify and address any maintenance defects or issues.
  • Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Inspect and maintain service areas, store rooms, and corridors to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects to ensure they are completed to the highest standards.
  • Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance meets our high standards.
  • Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Provide exceptional Guest service, including VIP and special requirements, to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • A successful track record of managing a team and achieving high standards of performance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • An attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with Team Members, Guests, and other stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service and a commitment to our hotel brand standards.
  • Proficiency in computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office, is preferred.
