Your Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of shift production execution, ensuring high performance throughout scheduled run hours with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Uphold and enforce site EHS & Quality Compliance standards, fostering a culture of safe and best practices on shift.
- Empower your team by developing their capabilities, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance business delivery cost-effectively.
- Forge robust connections between shifts and cross-functional teams to establish effective production execution and maintain performance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and deliver tangible results.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
- Excellent decision-making skills, with an organized approach to managing complex inputs.
