Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Scheduler to join our team at Hiring Space Sc. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production and delivery of products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering or a related field, with experience in production planning and scheduling. You will be responsible for analyzing customer orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating production activities to meet deadlines.

In this role, you will also be responsible for creating detailed production schedules, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

A competitive salary range is $1,200 - $2,400 per month, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a savings plan, life insurance, and meal vouchers.

This is a full-time position with a standard 10-hour workday, Monday to Friday. We prioritize work-life balance and provide a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning and scheduling. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Kanban implementation, and production control systems is essential. Fluency in English is required.
