- You will provide legal advice and support on a broad range of data and technology-related services, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a practicing lawyer/legal counsel with commercial, contracts, contractual, and general legal experience from a law firm or in an in-house legal environment.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial and other business-to-business data agreements, including subscription-based licenses.
- Knowledge of data licensing, intellectual property, and commercial contract law.
- Fluent English.
