The ideal candidate will have an engineering career focused on manufacturing processes (Industrial, electronic, mechanical, etc.) with experience in problem-solving, manufacturing process documentation, and knowledge of electrical functional test and electromechanical components, pneumatics and electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management sample build and document results.
- Develop or validate new/improved processes or products.
- Document equipment specification, flow diagrams, process Failure mode and Effect analysis, Control Plan, Work Instruction, visual aids, analysis reports, etc.
- Implement root cause analysis and counter measurement through methodologies like DMAIC, Red X, A3, PDCA, 8D, etc.
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Sensata, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, gain new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication, and contribute to making things work together.
We offer a competitive salary between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
