About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to support the expansion of External Fulfillment programs at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in unlocking blockers to enable adoption and growth of Marketplace Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps and pain points in existing processes and drive improvements with local and global teams.
  • Dive deep on issues and come up with solutions, working with product teams for long-term implementation.
  • Conceptualize and drive program changes.
  • Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Gain stakeholders' support on strategy and roadmap by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
  • Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve objectives.
  • Communicate performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
  • Incorporate benchmarking information as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbally and in writing)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in planning (short and long-term strategy), setting metrics, and roadmap development
  • Experience working with international stakeholders across countries
  • Experience with developing new projects and processes without a prescribed template
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and SQL programming
