About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our team at Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data entry and validation for invoices, routing invoices when necessary for resolution or approval, and actively managing open invoices that require actions to be completed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate reconciliation
  2. Support Help Desk requests and provide documentation training process creation/updates
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports
  4. Analyze and reconcile bill runs to detect potential discrepancies and fraud
  5. Verify transaction entry procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
