Requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Analytics, with at least 2 years of experience in digital adoption areas or similar
- Areas of Expertise: Supply Chain, Commercial, Production, Process & IT, Analytics, Digital Tools
- Technical Skills: AI Services, CHAT GPT Components, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, Software skills for data collection and presentation, Statistical programming knowledge, Ability to articulate data-driven decisions, ability to summarize and present data, well-versed in the latest innovations and trends in the market related to data manipulation products and services. SQL / Snowflake is a must
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, highly engaged, problem-solving, motivated for digital technology, managing uncertainty, critical thinking, time management of projects and relationships
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate several teams from different countries, cultures, backgrounds, and expectations
- Maintain a constantly evolving model with all project's information and AI Services
- Design and develop requested KPIs from different areas / countries
- Define and implement initiatives to improve the information homologation and standardization
- Propose and implement new opportunities to obtain valuable information that can improve the customer experience
