**Key Responsibilities**
• Ensure team synergy and implement a cohesive work environment.

• Develop and execute banquet event arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Set up banquet areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Inspect and maintain table settings, adhering to group requirements and company standards.
• Document important information in the departmental logbook.
**Leadership and Collaboration**
• Assist in the hiring, training, and development of employees, promoting a positive work environment.
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and addressing their needs with professionalism and warmth.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, using clear and respectful language.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and expectations.
• Perform tasks that require standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adapt to changing situations and perform other reasonable job duties as required.
