SAP ECP Business Process Consultant Job Description

As an SAP ECP Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting current and upcoming SAP projects, as well as key customers, on their implementations of SAP Success Factors ECP solution. Your expertise in HCM payroll and domain experience will be crucial in addressing customer requirements and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Gain expertise in SAP Success Factors.
  • Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems.
  • Deliver billable components that meet a customer's needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years Domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience and 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
  • Good knowledge on Mexican Payroll (Argentinean, Colombian or any other LAC country is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Employee Central component.
  • HCM line of businesses and processes knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge on RM, RMK, Comp, Onb, P&G, LMS and other SSFF components is desirable.
  • Experience in project management is desirable.
  • Good knowledge on SSFF integrations with HCM and SAP products.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Able to work in an intercultural team.
