We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Lead to join our team at Wipro Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence initiatives and driving improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects to enhance the profitability of the process.
- Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts to ensure compliance with internal and client-defined processes.
- Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
- Lead quality reports and dashboards to ensure all process metrics are met.
- Support in SOP and VSM creation to drive standardization practices on the floor.
Requirements:
- Good data analytics, problem-solving skills, and experience in managing Quality/Process Excellence initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Well-versed with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience in driving high-impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to high-end analytics & Statistical tools like Minitab, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Spanish Basic/Intermediary language skills.
