Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced procurement professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop sourcing strategies and processes in line with customer business goals and policies
  2. Monitor and analyze trends of key commodities as input to sourcing initiatives
  3. Manage end-to-end multiple projects concurrently and deliver consistent positive results
  4. Establish and provide category expertise and market intelligence
  5. Build and maintain close relationships with multiple stakeholders
  6. Interface with customers to understand their sourcing and procurement functions and provide services to help them achieve their goals
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-4 years of management consulting experience in a consulting firm or a combination of consultancy and industry experience
  • Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Language proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good understanding of procurement processes
  • Excellent analytical abilities and business acumen
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
