Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare journal entries for the monthly financial close, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to verify balances and ensure proper support.
  • Process treasury transactions, including outgoing wire transfers and reviewing incoming wire transfers and deposits.
  • Assist in preparing support for the annual financial statement audit.
  • Develop and maintain reporting metrics for the Accounting Manager.
  • Collaborate with team members to cover absences and support overflow tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with process improvements and adapt to new procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Adaptive Insight is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, planning, prioritizing work, and multitasking are essential.
