### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Si Power and Performance System Validation Engineer to join our team at Intel. As a key member of our Validation Engineering group, you will play a critical role in validating, debugging, and tuning the newest designs and technologies that enrich the lives of every person on earth.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain system validation environments and test suites to ensure performance to spec
* Utilize emulation and platform-level tools and techniques to identify and resolve performance issues
* Collaborate with Architecture, Design, and Validation teams to improve post-silicon test content and provide feedback for future on-die debug features
* Develop and execute validation plans, debug failures, and provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality products

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
* Advanced experience in VLSI logic design using languages like Verilog, VHDL, and HDL
* Strong understanding of computer architecture, SoC systems, and memory, cache hierarchy, and fabric interconnects
* Proficient in testing and test content development for power and performance verification in C/C++ and Python
* Intermediate English level
* Must have permanent, unrestricted right to work in Mexico

### Preferred Qualifications

* System on Chips (SOCs), Power and Performance Analysis
* Knowledge of DL/ML AI Artificial Intelligence frameworks, tools, and industry-standard workloads
* Experience in Power Estimation, Analytics, and Parametric
* Experience with EDA tools for driving power projection debug across multiple workloads and scenarios
* Experience with modern CPU architecture, Microprocessor or Chipset design methods, and IO systems PCIe, USB, or DDR
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
