About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute order tracking processes to optimize supply chain flow and operating costs.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Track inventory levels and analyze replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate returns and transfers with our strategic partners.
  • Monitor and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new projects and processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a related field.
  • Intermediate English language skills (B1 level required).
  • SAP applications experience (SD modules a plus).
  • Data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • Supply chain management knowledge (desirable).
  • Customer journey design knowledge (highly desirable).
  • Inventory management knowledge (required).
  • KPI management skills (distribution time, inventory level, etc.).
