S&OP Process Manager Role

As a key member of our Electrification & Automation team, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales and operations process within the product group. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-performance S&P planning and S&OP execution.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute the S&OP process within the product group, ensuring process compliance.
  2. Align with S&OP processes and collaborate with various departments or organizational units.
  3. Ensure effective and efficient execution of the five-step S&OP process, including Portfolio Planning Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Load Balancing Review, and Decision-Meeting.

Requirements
  1. Master's degree in engineering or industrial engineering.
  2. Several years of relevant professional experience in corporate planning, preferably in Sales & Operation Planning.
  3. Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively with senior management.
  4. Fluency in both Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
