Job Overview
The Field Service Specialist will be responsible for managing the relationship between Lexmark's service groups and the Indirect Channel Partners service teams within the territory.
This role involves providing support and direction to channel partners, as well as coordinating with Lexmark's support teams to resolve technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
