Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure that spare parts and maintenance services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the maintenance team and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or facilities management.
- At least three years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
