Metrology Technician II

Job Summary:
The Metrology Technician II provides critical support to the quality assurance team by performing precision measurements on samples and ensuring data accuracy. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional studies on raw material samples or internal assemblies.
- Conduct inspections on drawings to verify specifications and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement incoming inspection methods, including automated equipment routines and work instructions.
- Provide calibration services and coordinate external calibration of equipment.
- Maintain the PM database and perform administrative tasks.
- Clean and maintain testing facilities.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in electronics or metrology preferred.
- Associates degree in metrology or related field, preferred.
- Experience with metrology, mechanical inspection, and measuring instruments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- English proficiency (60% or higher).
