The Sales and Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing a designated territory, including identifying and qualifying new business possibilities, conducting client needs analysis, and developing sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Manage a designated territory, including identifying and qualifying new business possibilities, conducting client needs analysis, and developing sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and performance metrics, including efficient pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activity, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and assessments to better understand client requirements, as well as provide technical knowledge and advice on goods and services that fit their unique demands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, or related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, particularly in the metal transformation business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English skills.
