Job Summary:

The Certification Tech plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our certification processes. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that approved drawings are accurately recorded and entered into the system
  • Generate material certificate records (MCR) and obtain customer and third-party approval
  • Ensure Computerize Inspection Requests (CIR) are recorded and entered into the system before performing NDT
  • Ensure Material Traceability Numbers are recorded and entered into the system
  • Review certification packages for compliance with project requirements
  • Prepare as-built dossier index and compile related documents
  • Transmit as-built dossier to project document control for final storage
  • Ensure a high standard of safe working practice, quality, and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of technical or relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs and Adobe
  • Knowledge of PCM and or PCS Mobile Data Application
