About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
  • Budget $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission
  • Prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
