Job Description
This role involves managing the cloud infrastructure of our critical platform and ecosystem services like feature management, edge infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and associated components in AWS. You will lead multiple teams of software engineers, build a culture of accountability, and guide professional and technical development. Key responsibilities include working with product leaders to define strategy, roadmap, and destination architecture; managing diverse technology platforms and projects; continuously improving software engineering practices; and designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
* Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 8 years experience in software development
* At least 7 years experience in people management
* At least 5 years of experience with AWS
