**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to join our team at the Staffing Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and contributing to our rapid global expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliation and invoice setup and follow-up.
  • Oversee payroll in Australia and bonuses, as well as preparation and lodgement of tax reporting.
  • Prepare and manage financial and statutory reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and train staff and contractors to undertake tasks as required.
  • Lead the financial operations of the group, including managing the accounts functions as we scale location operations in each country.

**Overseas Expansion Responsibilities**

  • Understand and manage overseas expansion statutory requirements.
  • Sourcing and liaising with local accountants and other professional partners.
  • Researching and establishing new market entry requirements to register businesses and setup bank accounts.

**Requirements**

  • University-qualified accountant with CPA/CA accreditation.
  • Tier 1 accounting firm (e.g. PWC) trained.
  • At least 3 years finance management experience with a start-up business expanding into overseas markets.
  • Advanced ability to quickly learn and master finance software/systems.
  • Online digital proficiency is critical in this role.
