Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Extraction and analysis of data for our Real Estate products to support the coverage team's commercial activities.
  • Supporting the administrative tasks of the Real Estate Client Service team.
  • Preparing and working on designated projects and recurrent tasks of the Real Estate Client Service team.
  • Participating in designated recurrent projects for the Coverage organization.

In addition, the ideal candidate will:

  • Act as a point of contact between clients, coverage, and internal teams for routine inquiries and data requests.
  • Develop client relationships through proactive follow-up on issues raised by clients.
  • Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology.
