We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual with a passion for real estate and a strong hunger for sales success.

**Job Summary:**

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive property acquisitions by sourcing opportunities, conducting market analysis, and negotiating favorable terms with property sellers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential acquisition opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online databases, and other lead-generation methods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Property Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential acquisition opportunities through various channels.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify undervalued properties, evaluate investment potential, and assess market conditions, property values, and other relevant data.
  • Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and legal reviews to ensure viable and profitable investments.
  • Negotiation & Offer Making: Engage with property sellers to negotiate purchase agreements and present competitive offers that align with our investment strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate current and future acquisitions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to partners and investors, highlighting the potential and benefits of prospective acquisitions.
  • Performance Tracking: Track acquisition progress and maintain detailed records of interactions with potential sellers, offers made, and deals closed using CRM tools and other software.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in acquisitions, sales, or a related field. Prior experience in real estate acquisitions is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in roles requiring cold calling and direct outreach to potential clients. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless drive to succeed are essential.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. Must be self-directed, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. An accent is acceptable as long as communication is clear and understandable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate databases and analytical tools. Experience with CRM systems to manage and track the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess property values and investment potential. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable terms.

Compensation Package:

This is a full-time and fully remote job opportunity with a base salary of $18,000 per year and an estimated OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $36,000 per year, including commissions upon achieving realistic sales targets.
