We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team at Autozone. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading feasibility studies, developing executive projects, and coordinating design changes during the construction process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Elaborate on final design prototypes, remodels sites, and Build to Suit projects, including architectural drawings, structural plans, and civil drawings.
- Interact with construction, legal, permits, and real estate departments to ensure site polygon consistency with deeds and contracts.
- Coordinate projects with construction and contractors to monitor and control design changes.
- Design special projects, such as regional offices, distribution centers, and CAT offices, including plan preparation.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Five to seven years of experience in design, AutoCAD drawings, soils reports, and grading plans.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
