Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement software development strategies that align with our business objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including user experience, product management, and IT, to deliver digital products and services that meet customer needs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide technical oversight and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant software development and engineering management experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing people.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with high-throughput cloud-native distributed systems.
- Full stack engineering experience.
