Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will oversee various aspects of End User Computing services, necessitating collaboration with global teams. Your role will encompass providing technical assistance, solution engineering, and implementation within the End User Computing domain. You will engage in implementation, integration, and transformation projects.
- Application packaging and deployment utilizing PowerShell and scripts
- Configuration of Active Directory Group Policies and Intune Configuration profiles
- Management of the Intune platform and Autopilot
- Oversight of the Azure platform
- Deployment and maintenance of operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11)
- Resolution of support tickets through the ServiceNow platform
- Initiation and management of changes in accordance with the Change Management process
- Contribution to implementation, integration, and transformation projects
- Identification of cost-saving opportunities and alternative solutions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience in application packaging and deployment
- Familiarity with Windows OS imaging
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team
- Proactive approach to issue resolution
- Strong communication skills within a global team environment
