Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and Maintenance
  • Manage housekeeping teams to ensure rooms meet high standards before check-in
  • Oversee maintenance of common areas and rooms, ensuring quality of work
  • Manage inventory and budget for housekeeping and maintenance
• Tours and Travel
  • Train reception staff on Tours and Travel products
  • Ensure housekeeping maintains Tours and Travel areas in optimal condition
  • Responsible for effective selling of Tours and Travel products
• Property Security
  • Ensure CCTV is operating and covering the property
  • Manage security guards and special events
• Reception and Customer Service
  • Oversee reception and customer service operations
  • Deal with guest inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Act as a central point of communication between operational departments
  • Source and manage contractors for maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Experience with community engagement and event production
