Servicios Comerciales Amazon M is seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Delivery Service Providers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Last Mile Execution.
- Set and communicate performance goals, creating expectations and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations.
- Ensure productivity on route is maximized through training, analysis, and feedback of performance data.
- Partner with the AMZL Delivery Station under the roof (UTR) management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematics, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with complex systems design and utilization.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
