Job Title: Traffic Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Generalist to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document and track all shipments, including inbound and outbound, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any disruptions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to requestors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues related to assigned accounts.
  • Support general logistics projects, including analysis and reporting of transportation budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify, develop, lead, and implement cost-saving and improvement projects in logistics.
  • Collaborate with support departments to implement automation of traffic processes and develop concepts directly in automation tools.
  • Utilize external tools to support daily transportation operations, such as Cargobase and CASS.
  • Generate and update general work instructions and support the creation of new routes or changes in mode of transportation.

Requirements:

  • General transportation processes knowledge - Intermediate
  • Customs processes knowledge - Basic
  • C-TPAT and OEA knowledge - Basic
  • Warehouse processes knowledge - Basic
  • SAP Logistics transactions knowledge - Basic
  • Finished Goods and/or raw material planning processes knowledge - Preferred
  • Budget & forecast development and tracking knowledge/skills - Basic
  • General invoicing concepts knowledge - Basic
  • Microsoft Office skills - Intermediate
  • Disposition to work in Juarez Area 95% and visit to ELP Warehouse 5%
