Business Intelligence Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis

The role of Business Intelligence Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis involves providing management with comprehensive analysis and insightful financial reporting in coordination with the Finance team at Citi. The primary objective is to contribute significantly to directional strategy development and offer expert advice on financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed financial reports and summarize significant financial trends for senior management, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to develop strategic recommendations and provide guidance on critical business decisions.
  • Analyze annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, mid-year reforecasts, and bi-monthly outlooks to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews, focusing on business initiatives and their impact on financial performance.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY PARTNERS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and analysis for the team supporting the CFO, ensuring clear and concise communication of financial results and insights.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance and business intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated expertise in presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inform audiences of varying levels.
