We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Head Bartender. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience, and upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on cocktails and wine.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, requisition supplies, and perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes, using measuring systems and ensuring quality and presentation.
• Banking and Cash Handling: Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure bank.
• Team Management: Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• License or Certification: None.
