Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to help launch and grow business in Mexico. As a founding member of a dynamic team, you will bring the latest in disruptive, cutting-edge cloud computing technologies to bear on the difficult IT cost and agility problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the customer and partner technical engagement end-to-end, including diving deep and being hands-on with Amazon Web Services technology.
- Evangelizing and educating customers and partners on the benefits of cloud computing.
- Leading formal and informal AWS training classes to develop expertise in all AWS services and technologies.
- Removing technical sales blockers through knowledge transfer and partnerships.
- Defining implementation and transition architectures to help customers build and operate applications on the AWS cloud computing platform.
- Helping to respond to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals.
- Achieving success with other specific technical projects as needed.
Requirements
- Customer-facing skills to represent Amazon well within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel.
- A technical background that enables easy interaction and guidance with software developers and architects.
- A demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, mission, product, and technical challenges.
