We are seeking a highly skilled Quotation Analyst to join our team at Brady Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. in Tijuana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining the most competitive cost and price of products, creating part numbers, and developing bill of materials and manufacturing quantities.

• Use quote software to determine cost and price of new part numbers.
• Create part numbers in Prelude, Oracle, or Phoenix.
• Determine whether products need to be outsourced and send to outside vendors for quoting.
• Develop bill of materials and plan manufacturing quantities.
• Create spec sheets.
• Work with inside sales reps to provide product solutions for customers.
• Provide support on issue products.
• Cross-reference other vendors' products.
• Assist in special projects.
• Adhere to Brady's Quality System and Good Manufacturing Practices.

• 1+ years of experience in quoting and design labels.
• PC knowledge (Photo-shop, Illustrator, Office).
• Design label skills.
• Flexographic background (desire).
• English 85% (comprehend simple verbal and written instructions).
• Great organization skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Above-average math skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

We offer a permanent position with a full-time schedule, working in a design area with a diurnal shift.
