\The Devices Offline Retail Tech team has grown significantly over the past three years, and we are looking for a Software Development Director to join our leadership team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our organization, working with stakeholders to prioritize project work, and delivering impactful software products that meet the needs of our customers.
\Key Responsibilities

- You will set the technical direction for our organization, working with stakeholders to prioritize project work and deliver impactful software products.\
- You will lead the development of software solutions that support our offline retail business, including managing the development of reverse logistics systems.\
- You will own and maintain AWS services, and be responsible for supporting reverse logistics use cases using an on-call rotation for your team.\
- You will work with other SDMs to help set the long-term direction of the overall Offline Retail Tech team.\
- You will play a key role in guiding the development of software products and features from the ground up, working with Product Managers, Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Logistics partners to prioritize and execute projects.\
- You will contribute or develop deep expertise in the areas of distributed systems, SDK, app development (React native & Typescript), backend services (Native AWS), data storage and data pipelines.\
