About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Mollica It. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering Anaplan-based solutions to implement planning processes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Understand client business processes and requirements
  • Translate requirements into functional requirements and user stories
  • Build and develop Anaplan modules and lists based on the model blueprint
  • Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other models settings to meet business needs
  • Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes
  • Implement high-quality blueprints using best practices
  • Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan
  • Provide hands-on training to end users on Anaplan models and processes
Requirements
  • Anaplan experience with exposure to at least 3 end-to-end implementations
  • Expert skills in Anaplan modeling
  • Multidimensional model design in Anaplan
  • Ability to optimize Anaplan models for performance
  • Anaplan Certified Model Builder (at least L3 level certified)
  • Strong expertise in multidimensional modeling
  • Modest skills in Excel spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
  • Familiarity with FPA Driver, Budgeting, Forecasting, Long Range Planning, ZBB, Cost Allocations, Consolidations, Capex Planning
  • Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multidimensional technologies
  • Strong understanding of Data Integrations
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
Additional Requirements
  • Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory
  • Advanced Spanish language proficiency is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree is required
Work Environment

Our company offers a hybrid work environment, requiring two days in-office and three remote days. We have multiple locations to choose from:

  • México - Saltillo
  • México - Guadalajara
  • México - Ciudad de México
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
