The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Selling all portfolio of K2 services
- Demonstrating independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities
- Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2's entire service portfolio (Contract, Perm, K2U, K2K)
- Management of the recruitment sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic growth
- Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business
**Requirements & Skills**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years working in a recruitment or technical recruitment role
- Time Management skills
- Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space
- Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques
- Ability to develop new client generating and Recruitment strategies
