About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ll Oefentherapie. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Cloud Solution Adoption: Drive maximum adoption of our cloud solutions, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop strategic plans for implementing and utilizing our cloud solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of our cloud solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our cloud solutions.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of customer-facing experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a cloud-based solutions environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud solution expertise with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and solutions.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Business development experience with a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and ability to apply them in a cloud-based solutions environment.
