- Month-end close activities (gap analysis, narratives, etc.).
- Forecasting activities (Short-Term and Long-Term Planning).
- Everyday interaction with a Supply Chain Organization, Controllership, and other Finance areas.
- Master data support (creating, maintenance).
- Digital dashboards development.
- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement.
- First-level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Good business acumen.
