We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Genpact. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the deployment of our Global Business Platform and supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful deployment of the Global Business Platform and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase and collect required information for Change Impact analysis.
- Develop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working and identify training needs for end users.
- Support development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts and perform analysis during Ramp-up phase.
- Identify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolution and ensure adequate hand over to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration with a concentration or coursework in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in brewery operation plants and connected quality experience for both operations and packaging at a Brewery.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to develop training materials and support change to new ways of working.
